You are not going to believe this but the phone finally works !
Thanks to Spectrum for cutting a line. We have to thank Dennis from Brightspeed for keeping us informed and doing the repairs.
Not sure we are keeping Brightspeed because we have found a better option. Definitely never getting spectrum. .
