Ok I know this is kinda coming up fast. The gun club is doing a car, truck & bike show again on Aug. 5th from noon to whenever registration is before noon on that Saturday. Went over really great last year we hope to see all the cars from last year and more. The event will be going on the same day as the town picnic so when your here stop at the town park or stop over here the car show will be held in Duceys Guns-Ammo parking lot front and back so marke it on your calendar any questions call 715-324-5130

So this is the layout of the shooting range the white lines is the layout of the range it self the whole black line is the road access and where the parking is going to be. If you look to the right side of the picture you’ll see the property lines and where there is residential area if you look at the bottom of the picture you’ll see the road the comes in that goes right past the fire hall and rescue squad and the DNR building is there too in lower left corner. Now we are not opening a new range we are revamping the existing range that hasn’t been used in years so let me be clear this was and is a existing range we are just rebuilding it better and safer. We have two gentlemen trying to fight this progress everyway they can and having petition signed by falsifying there information. One claims it’s going to cost the town $500,000 In taxes to build well to be real about it it’s under a private club now and almost all expenses are being paid by the club! So he is falsifying documents to get signatures. The other one lives on the road to the right his claim now is that the range is shooting is at his place, now in hindsight of that last year, Town sent everyone letters on that road with an informational meeting about the rifle range and only two residents showed up. But then again this one is falsifying documents to get signatures too to try to stop the town. Here’s the thing the town is not running it anymore and signed a lease with Duceys Gun Club Inc. for the right to use the land of the existing rifle range. So I hope this clears up some of the false documentation being presented out there.
