Thank you to Erol, Kyle, and Juan for participating in our first Build Challenge
We kicked things off with a nutrition workshop taught by , they took what they learned, alongside our coaching and applied it , showing up to weekly classes, following their programs, and building real habits that created a strong foundation to grow from.
Along the way, they didn’t just change their nutrition and body composition... they proved it in the gym too.
We tested their progress at the start & end with benchmarks including:
• 500m SkiErg time
• 1RM Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press
• Chin-Ups AMRAP
• Dips AMRAP (1 min)
The results spoke for themselves 👇🏼
•Erol dropped 27 lbs and added 40 lbs to his squat
•Kyle dropped 41 lbs and added 50 lbs to his deadlift
This wasn’t about perfection, it was about consistency, effort, and showing up week after week. Proud is an understatement.
