Per WSP and Silencer Shop - We are indeed still required to do Form 4s in Washington. Hopefully this will change in the near future.

On the bright side, we are typically getting Form 4s back sooner than 4473s. On the not so bright side, still have to deal with the inconvenience of getting prints and dealing with e-forms.

Update on transfers - We will still be accepting suppressor transfers as usual. All other fi****ms will be a case by case basis.

As long as we have the time (as of right now not a major concern, but is subject to change.) and you give us a heads up price will be the same. Any fi****ms shipped without notice will be a $150 fee for the first firearm, and $100 for additional fi****ms on the same background check.

Call us, text us, message us on FB, leave a voicemail, whatever, and we will work with you. Please do not send us guns without letting us know, particularly from private individuals.

We greatly appreciate all the support these years and will continue providing the best prices we can, blind shipments have just become increasingly problematic. Free transfers on items bought directly from us as always.

August update - Current turn around times for any smithing/repair work are pretty low, get ahold of us if you need any work done!

Price/fee updates. Price increase for doing paper Form 4s - not sure why some of you guys still prefer doing paper, but we are happy to do them. Just costs more now.

Reminder that we don’t charge transfer fees when you buy from us (fi****ms or suppressors), and have extremely competitive prices.

$15 for the first firearm and $10 for each additional (plus the $18 state fee).

$50 for NFA items

Free transfer if you buy from us.

Due to some new changes we are able to offer expanded gunsmithing. Now accepting work for most rifles and pistols, not just AKs anymore (for the foreseeable future).

As of today Spear Arms LLC is officially in business. Offering AK kit builds, sales (guns, suppressors, ammo, and accessories), gunsmithing, transfers, and, in the semi near future, custom machining and suppressors.
