Long days, sandy feet, full heart 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️

My first Summer as a private practice owner and full time mom to a school-aged kiddo has meant a big cut back to my work hours. It's been wonderful to slow down with my little girl, and ebb with the flow of the season. We've taken in long summer days at pools, beaches & playgrounds, pounded tons of popcorn at the movies and enjoyed all that this beach town has to offer. I have zero regrets.

As our school year approaches I'm trading in poolside reads for to-do lists.

School's back August 11th, Friday appointments 8:30am- 3pm are back August 14th! See you Friday's this Fall 🌞🫶 🙌

March is a month budding with opportunities for reflection and restoration. Set your sights with me, on compassionate community engagement through self care.

This month we are asked to reflect on Womens History Month, and National Social Work Month. We recently observed International Women's Day on Sunday, March 8th, and this Saturday, March 21st is National Single Parent Day. While two of these observances are not uniquely dedicated to women we know that women largely bear the burden of social work and single parenthood. This month we reflect on the work of women. How far women have come, the relentless fight for change and equality, and we recognize the work we still have to do. I am taking action by engaging with local community organizations. I invite you to join me!
