Well, it’s that time of the year again, yup it’s Girl Scout cookie time. Yes, I have seen you outside of Publix buying those boxes of thin mints cookies. So you know what that means, it’s time to get back to the gym. But if you’re tired of that same old gym workout, you should really give us a try. There’s one thing you can know for sure, our workouts are never the same and definitely not like a boring gym We are always mixing things up and having a great time while getting a great workout. Starting tomorrow February 21, our classes will begin at 9 AM on Saturdays so I hope that you’ll come check us out.

UPDATE: Due to family illness tonights class will be canceled. We’ll resume class on Saturday.

Burrrr it’s cold outside. 🥶🥶 But not to worry, we’ll be heating things up in class tomorrow evening (5:30). Hopefully you can make it tomorrow. If not we look forward to possibly seeing you on Saturday at 10:00. Until then stay warm and fit.

As 2025 comes to a close, bid farewell to the old and welcome the New Year! If you're looking to revitalize your fitness routine for 2026, consider trying something new. Our workout program offers a comprehensive approach, incorporating resistance bands, light weights, occasional step exercises, and aerobic movements. Move to the rhythm to elevate your heart rate and achieve a satisfying sweat. Our classes are inclusive, welcoming both men and women. For those interested in learning more, we invite you to connect with some of our existing students listed above. Oh did I mention that we have fun and laugh while working out. Your first class is free. We hope to see you in the new year.

Good morning fitness peeps, the holidays are sneaking up on us. It’s a great time to get back to your workout routine so that you can burn extra calories and enjoy some of those sweet treats that are on the horizon.
