How to Use: Seated Leg Curl 👇
You all ask for help with this machine all the time… so this one’s for you.
1. Adjust the Seat Back
Slide the back pad forward or backward until you’re comfortable.
• Shorter legs → move it forward
• Longer legs → move it back
2. Set Up the Starting Position
Push the lever forward with your arm to make it easier to get your legs into position.
3. Find the Right Contact Point
The pad should rest comfortably against your Achilles/lower calf area.
From there:
Curl your heels toward you, squeeze the hamstrings, and return under control for a full range of motion.
Simple setup. Better hamstring activation. Better results.
