✨ I started my journey at 280 lbs in June 2020
❤️ Through the Wellness Mode Nutrition Program, I lost 65 pounds and reached 215 lbs in 6 months
💪 Since then, I’ve continued following the same low-carb lifestyle and have been able to maintain my weight
📍 This year, March 2026, I added exercise 4 times per week, and incorporated GLOW peptide which helps with hair, skin, nails, recovery, and gut health!
🎉 Today I’m down to 207 lbs!
✨ The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that lasting results come from consistency. There was no magic solution, no perfect plan, and no overnight transformation.
