This isn’t about ‘starting over’ — it’s about taking your life back with both hands.

You're not done.
You're not too old.
You're not too overweight.
You're not too weak.

You are where you are, and if you feel like you are at rock bottom, good.

It's all upards from here.

Sometimes we need to hit rock bottom to see that you have nothing left to lose and it's time to take some action.

I'm a big proponent of two core values: GSD & FIO.

Get S**t Done and Figure it out were two values I learned a few years back and it stuck with me.

Feeling sorry for yourself never works..
Telling the story of how fit and strong you used to be never gets you anywhere.
Setting goals you never fully commit to won't get you results..

So what then?

Action, you need to take action.

You need to GSD & FIO..

Excuses drop on deaf ears so why even make them?

At Fusion Fitness we have sessions starting a early as 5am and as late as 5:30pm.

So unless you start work at 5am and finish at 5:30pm we can help you but if you are the .0001% of people that do have that type of crazy schedule we can't help.

How to lose fat without counting a single calorie
(Yes, it works. No, it's not magic.)

Let’s say you hate tracking.

Fair enough.

Manually logging every gram of rice or almond butter isn’t everyone’s idea of fun — and you don’t need to do it forever to lose fat.

Here’s how to eat in a calorie deficit without tracking:

1. Pick 3 meals per day. Make them repeatable.

Boring? Maybe.
Effective? Absolutely.

Fat loss doesn’t require 500 recipes. It requires consistency.

Choose 2–3 breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that:
✅ Keep you full
✅ Taste good
✅ Use mostly whole foods
✅ You can prep in under 15 minutes

Rinse and repeat. You don’t need food freedom — you need results.

2. Use this simple plate method:

½ plate = protein & veggies

¼ plate = carbs (rice, fruit, bread, pasta, potatoes)

¼ plate = healthy fats or extras (avocado, dressing, cheese, nuts)

This naturally reduces calories without making your brain explode.

3. Ditch the BLTs
Not bacon-lettuce-tomato.
I mean: Bites, Licks, and Tastes.

One cookie here. Half your kid’s mac & cheese there.
Those "invisible" calories add up — fast.

4. Use the 80/20 Rule properly
80% whole, unprocessed foods.
20% foods you love — on purpose.

That’s the key: on purpose.
Not “I blacked out and ate a Costco-sized bag of trail mix because it was organic.”

The truth?
Tracking is a great teacher. But it’s not a life sentence.

Master these basic patterns and your body won’t care whether you logged it into an app or not.

This is why Fusion Fitness works!

What we are doing at Fusion is so much more than just working out.

We are helping men and women recreate who they are! We are working side by side with each individual to change their story, starve off diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and a life of doctors visits and pills.

We know our members are meant for more. You are meant for more, and if you are stuck in a rut you need to be a part of our community, you need to break free from cycle.

Life is worth loving, living and enjoying to the fullest but without your health do you reallyhave the energy, mental clarity and alertness to really enjoy it to the fullest?

Stop waiting for the perfect day, week, month or year to start. There will never be a perfect time.

You're busy, I get it, everyone in this video too. Most of them are business owners with multiple companies, multiple employees and at one time they were just like you. They did not have time until they realized their health is their wealth and without it you'll be sick and miserable.

Is that really what you want?

Do you really want your family to see you as your best example or as an excuse maker?

You owe it to yourself to get healthy, be strong enough to do everyday things and to live a fullfilled life.

Take action - Be the story your kids tell to their friends - Be the example in your household.
