The Head Softball Coach is responsible for the leadership, administration, and operation of the College’s women’s softball program. This position oversees coaching, recruiting, player development, academic support, budget management, compliance, and community engagement activities. The Head Softball Coach fosters a positive team culture that promotes academic achievement, personal growth, sportsmanship, and competitive success while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and College policies.
