This membership perk is a fully coached session that builds your endurance and your strength together. If you’ve been following us for a while, you know that’s what we’re about… building durable humans so life can be lived. Everywhere, not just in the gym.
This class is for the curious, the beginners, the seasoned, and the ones who just like to show up and grind. 💪 Our “BUILD” phase is every Thursday at 12pm.
