Kaitlyn is all gas, no brakes entering deload/retest week. Sean?… his spirit has already been there for a while now, obviously. 😜

When’s the last time you trained one leg at a time?

Most plans skip it. Two legs, planted, balanced, controlled. Then the trail asks for one leg, on rock, going downhill, at a pace you didn’t pick. ⛰️

Single leg strength. Power. Intensity… The hard stuff that makes the fun stuff doable is the work. What you earn is the freedom to go. And that’s one of the reasons we do what we do! 💪

Got ‘em! 📸 The gym goes quiet for one second and he’s already on the bike… like a kid in a candy store.

One thing you’ll learn about : he doesn’t write workouts he won’t do. Tuesday’s 15x15 cal Echo Bike Sprint is a staple here for a reason… If you were there, you felt that burn that hurts SO GOOD. If not, it’s ok. The Echo Bike lives here anyways. 😜

A barbell has a funny way of exposing the truth.

If your joints don’t move well… it shows.
If your positions aren’t strong… it shows.
