🏈 FEATURE FRIDAY: VANESSA "V" BLEDSOE ( #23) 🏈

If you need a big play on the field or a well-timed laugh to break up a brutal practice, Vanessa "V" Bledsoe ( #23) is that woman!

As our standout Tight End, V brings pure athletic talent, tough physical play, and leadership every time she steps between the lines. Beyond being a playmaker on the gridiron, she wears many hats—mom, coach, and the absolute heart of our team’s morale! Her brutal honesty and hilarious, off-the-wall comments are legendary around here (just ask her teammates!).

🏈 FEATURE FRIDAY: QUISHAWN SIMMONS ( #22)

This week, we are highlighting our phenomenal RB1-
Dynamite comes in small packages, and if you’ve seen Quishawn "Q" Simmons on the field, you already know! 💥

Posting up at nearly 5’0” tall, what Q may lack in height, she MORE than makes up for in heart, determination, and relentless hard work. She is easily one of the most consistent athletes we have on the roster, setting a standard for what elite athletic performance looks like when you commit to your craft and take care of your body.

While she sets a quiet example through her actions, she is an undeniable crowd favorite and a foundational piece of our team’s culture. 🔥

To get to know Q better, I (may have slightly tricked) her into answering a few questions:

When you talk about players who lay it all on the line every single snap, Emily Dawe is at the absolute top of the list!

Anchoring our offensive line at Left Tackle and shutting down the field as our Middle Linebacker, Emily isn’t just a force on the gridiron—she’s a badass leader and the true heart of this team.

🏈 How did you first get into football?

"Stepping on the field for the first time came from a very persistent friend and a lifetime of being an athlete. I had never played before and it was a new adventure for me that I had been around my entire life. I got hooked immediately."
