NCTS Event Recap: Driver Highlight 🏁

What a milestone weekend for Ovid, MI driver Madison Orta in the #32 compact!

Madison made her very first National Compacts A-Feature start and put on a determined performance. She battled through all 50 grueling laps of the main event to secure a solid 16th place finish against a stacked field of competitors.

Finishing every lap of a 50-lap A-Main is no small feat—congratulations to Madison and her team on a huge achievement! 👏

We made so many adjustments yesterday and just kept going back out to try things in practice but unfortunately we couldn’t find that sweet spot. I think we just needed a little more time to get the set-up right. Hopefully next time!

First time racing at Birch Run Speedway was a success! We made several adjustments to the car but couldn’t get it set up right. I started 16th and finished 16th. The car came off the track untouched and on all four wheels, which is exactly what we were wanting. I also finally got the chance to race with Elizabeth Kolb for the first time this season! Thank you to everyone who came to support!

Thank you to Birch Run Speedway and the National Compact Touring Series for doing their best to put in a great show for all of you!
