Big thanks to our video guy Zach Lewis for the awesome photos showing off our Cookie Helmets, new Sun Path Products, Inc rigs (hoping FedEx gets on the ball and the rest of ours are here this week!), LB Altimeters, and Vertigen jumpsuits!! Our Vigil AAD and Performance Designs may not be pictured, but they are inside keeping us safe on every single jump! Our weeklong training camp at Skydive the Ranch is off to a great (albeit cloudy) start!

Erin, Angie, and Zach had a blast bringing TeXXas 20-ways to Skydive Arizona this year! Our team had a strong mix of experienced skydivers, seasoned competitors, and up and comers! And though not planned, pretty cool that we ended up with a 50/50 male/female team composition! We finished fourth overall and had a blast, closing things out with some Bluebell ice cream after the last round!

This competition is one of the longest running formation skydiving events in the US, dating back to the 1970’s. Scott Latinis has done a fabulous job keeping the tradition alive and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to be able to compete remotely! Scotty reminded us that this was not the first time Arizona fielded a team, as Larry Hill took the DC-3 and an Arizona team to the competition in 1989!

Thanks to everyone who joined us, we’re looking forward to doing it again next year!

Training camp 3 in the books! Over 100 jumps together so far this year! 💪 Training at Skydive Arizona has been a dream, we’re so grateful for all the support and everyone who makes SDAZ operate so smoothly! And having world class coaches Niklas Hemlin and Michelle Karamon right here is the icing on the cake! Excited to continue our training season at Skydive The Ranch!
