We were honored to help facilitate Freedom One Racing's donation to Kids On The Colorado River. From so far away, they made such an impact in our community. All made possible by the recent Desert Storm LHC Street Party held in April.
As Freedom One Racing's inaugural chosen local charitable partner, Kiwanis of Lake Havasu City has worked closely with the team, helping make a difference in the lives of local youth and families. The check was presented by Secretary Nancy Dominguez and Director Kelli Wallin.
Through programs and services, Kids On The Colorado River enhances local students' understanding of the Colorado River and surrounding desert landscape while inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards.
This donation is a wonderful example of what can be accomplished when local nonprofits, community partners, and mission-driven organizations come together for a common purpose.
Kiwanis of Lake Havasu City extends its gratitude to Freedom One Racing, their sponsors such as Peddinghaus Corporation and Craft Pro Products, supporters, and volunteers for their commitment to giving back and investing in the future of our community.
