We decided to test out our bars intuition tonight by having the platinums do blindfolded kips

Let’s just say we appreciate what a good sport Kora is when it comes to stuff like this

Being on a team is tricky in this sport. Your teammates are also your opponents. You are encouraged to be there for each other while also trying to best one another.

Tonight two of our gymnasts were approaching a skill that they are both physically capable of, but have a bit of a mental block about. It was such a cool experience to watch them hype each other up and push each other through the fear.

We are proud of these girls for so many things, but the way they encourage each other is always at the top of our list.

Good job on your back handsprings Emmy and Annaston! Your coaches are proud of you

Good job on your back layout Kenadi!

As the movie quote goes “I think I’ll miss you most of all”… we say goodbye to our graduates as three gymnasts choose to explore other sports and two are moving states, we had many hugs and tears in recognition to their years dedicated to the Forge program. Our best wishes to Avaleen, Daphne, Lilly, Harper, an Saylor.
