One year in. LOZ Dive has been serving the Lake for a lot longer than we’ve owned it, but this week marked one year since we took the reins.
So we fired up the smoker, made some pulled pork, grabbed some cold drinks and got the crew and their families together to celebrate.
This first year has definitely come with some challenges and learning curves. But it’s also been a year of growth, good changes, a whole lot of hard work and plenty to be thankful for.
Most of all, we’re thankful for these guys. They’re the ones out there on the docks, underwater, welding, fixing problems and putting in the long days to take care of our customers. We couldn’t do what we do without a solid crew behind us.
And a big thank you to their families, too. The long days, last minute jobs and after hours calls don’t just affect the guys who answer the phone or head back out to the lake. We appreciate the families at home who roll with it right alongside us.
And finally, thank you to the Lake of the Ozarks community. To everyone who has called us, trusted us with your dock, recommended us to a neighbor, shared our name or supported this local business over the last year…we appreciate it more than you know.
Year one as the new owners is officially in the books. We’ve learned a lot, grown a lot, and we’re pretty dang excited about where LOZ Dive is headed next.
