Camp FIT4MOM Week 2 is a COLOR EXPLOSION — and every class is packed with themed fun, prizes, and goodies for your littles. Friday's Stroller Strides even has a themed playgroup + coffee after class. Because moms deserve a treat too. ☕

Our Summer Teacher Pass is back!

For just $120, you'll get 2 months of unlimited FIT4MOM classes, community, playgroups, Mom's Nights Out, walks, and all the fun we're packing into this summer.

Our new free, stroller-friendly Walk Club is designed for moms who want connection, fresh air, and a little movement, without pressure or needing to be “ready.”

✨ Meet local moms

✨ Bring baby or toddler along

✨ Ease back into movement

✨ Build your village

We’ll meet the 3rd Thursday of every month at 9:45 am at Chapin Park. Our first walk kicks off on May 21st. We’ll walk for about an hour, then stay for coffee, playground time, and connection after.

✨ Open to all moms

✨ Come as you are

Strides 360 is a 60-minute workout that will help you improve your cardio endurance, speed, and agility all in one! Come with your kiddos or without and be ready to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing!
