Up till yesterday the puppies had not experienced steps. At 11 weeks the navigated 3 steps. Today they are climbing and descending a flight of stairs like champs. It’s amazing how when you see something done with ease you don’t know that it could be a challenge for others. Here’s to having a day of ascending and descending gracefully like you have been doing it your whole life with ease. 🥂.

This is a lot of puppies… I feel like the grandma who says yeah bring all the grandbabies over and then goes. Oh my gosh, what have I done. Just like everything it takes adjusting… Having to figure out how to give each dog its own attention. It’s important. I’m learning to separate them so I can work with each one on what they need….

I absolutely loved watching Mandah ride today. Her smiles, her connection with her horse. Listening to the encouragement and instruction from Laura Clarry. So great. Makes my heart sing to see my arena used for such good stuff.

Introducing the newest critters to be raised at Tamarind Ranch…

I was looking for a cuddly dog for my uncle Dan, when this opportunity of Sheltie’s fell into my lap… I ended up taking two. 🤦‍♀️

They’re pretty great. Energetic but also cuddly and lovable they’re supposed to grow to about 30 pounds.

First things first we need to name them. One of them has a little diamond shape on her head and 4 uneven white socks.

The other one is also a female, and she has a full right, white sleeve.
