'People assume that just because you're a professional fighter, you've gone through life without ever taking lumps in the real world. ln fact, the opposite is often true. l think most boxers have a history of personal pain and suffering, and l certainly fall into that category. Boxing provided and outlet for dealing with some of that in a relatively healthy and controlled environment, but it didn't stop me from getting hurt, or from making bad decisions. More than a few people have asked me whether l've ever lost a street fight. Well, that's a tough one to answer. l suppose it depends on how you define the word 'lost.' I'll say this much - l know what it's like to get my a** kicked.'

🌟 Help Shape the Future Ontario Community Food Center! 🌟

Opening in Summer 2027, the Ontario Community Food Center will be an accessible and welcoming space where people can gather, learn, and grow through food. The center will include Oregon Food Bank operations and will be located between Valley Family Health Care’s Fortner Neighborhood Clinic and River Bend Place, creating a community hub designed to improve quality of life and expand economic opportunities across the Western Treasure Valley.

We want to hear from you! 🗣️

Con apertura prevista para el verano de 2027, el Centro Comunitario de Alimentos de Ontario será un espacio accesible y acogedor donde las personas podrán reunirse, aprender y crecer a través de los alimentos. El centro incluirá las operaciones del Oregon Food Bank y estará ubicado entre la Clínica Fortner Neighborhood de Valley Family Health Care y River Bend Place, creando un centro comunitario diseñado para mejorar la calidad de vida y generar nuevas oportunidades económicas en todo el Western Treasure Valley.
