Ready to strip away some old useless armor?
Join me on Sunday morning for an in-person Breathwork Journey in my studio in to shed old painful and tired ways of being and create space for new habits, reactions, and perspectives. See Stable Core Wellness for event details 🙏
None of us is born with armor around the heart. We become armored through experience.
A broken heart, betrayal, disappointment, rejection, moments where trust was lost or where being vulnerable no longer felt safe. Slowly, often without realizing it, we begin to protect ourselves.
We become careful with what we say, what we feel, and how much of ourselves we allow others to truly see.
And while this armor, this ice, this wall around the heart may protect us from pain, it can also keep us from intimacy, connection, and the very thing we long for most: to feel seen, accepted, and safe with another human being.
Breathwork, reflection, and honest self-enquiry can help us soften these protective layers and reconnect more deeply with ourselves and with others.
There is so much loneliness in this world, and when we begin to remove the armor between us, we also begin to rediscover meaningful human connection.
