🧘‍♀️ What is Vinyasa Flow?
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Each movement is connected to your breath, helping you stay present and focused throughout your practice.

One of the reasons I love teaching multi-styles of yoga is because the flow of yin energy and yang energy allows us to really drop into our bodies with true intention and mindfulness. Vinyasa is that yang energy - it give us heat, power, strength, not just through movement but through our breath, our mindset -expanding our capabilities.

Young Yogis + Yin Yoga = The Perfect Evening ✨

Last night was filled with smiles, stretching, and sweet moments as our Young Yogis joined us for a relaxing Yin Yoga class with our amazing instructor, Casey! 💕🧘‍♀️

We love creating a space where kids can slow down, move their bodies, build confidence, and learn the importance of mindfulness—all while having fun with friends. Watching these girls unwind, connect, and embrace the practice was truly special.

💻 Virtual Pilates Classes — Join Live From Anywhere! 🩷

Want the experience of a live Pilates class without leaving home? Our virtual classes are taught live through Zoom, allowing you to connect, move, and receive real-time instruction from the comfort of your own space.

How It Works:
• Register for your class through our scheduling system.
• You’ll receive a Zoom link before class.
• Log in 5 minutes early to get settled and address any audio or video setup needs.
• Join the live class and follow along in real time with instructor guidance and modifications.

🏠 Have a Reformer at Home?
Great! Reformer clients are welcome to join and receive reformer-specific instruction during class.

🧘‍♀️ Only Have a Mat?
Perfect! Mat participants are always welcome too. Classes can be modified to accommodate both reformer and mat-based movement.

💪 Optional Props:
• Pilates Ring
• Light Hand Weights
• Resistance Bands
• Yoga Blocks
• Sliders/Gliding Discs

Don’t have props? No problem! Modifications are always provided so everyone can participate comfortably.
