🧘♀️ What is Vinyasa Flow?
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Each movement is connected to your breath, helping you stay present and focused throughout your practice.
One of the reasons I love teaching multi-styles of yoga is because the flow of yin energy and yang energy allows us to really drop into our bodies with true intention and mindfulness. Vinyasa is that yang energy - it give us heat, power, strength, not just through movement but through our breath, our mindset -expanding our capabilities.
