Back pain has become almost a ânormalâ part of life for so many people⌠but living in constant discomfort should never be the goal.
As a Medical Pilates Instructor, I work with clients every week who are dealing with chronic back pain, postural issues, weakness, stiffness, injuries, degenerative conditions, and even recovery after surgery. Through specialized Pilates training on the Reformer, we focus on restoring movement, improving alignment, strengthening the core, and helping the body function the way it was designed to.
Thereâs a reason many neurosurgeons, orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and chiropractors recommend Pilates equipment training. These systems provide controlled resistance, support, and precision movement that help retrain the body safely without the impact many traditional workouts place on the spine and joints.
The beauty of Pilates is that it meets people where they are. Some clients come to manage pain. Others come to avoid surgery. Many simply want to move through life with more confidence, balance, and freedom.
Pain changes the way we live. Movement can help change it back. đ¤â¨
