**Sauna Operational Notes**
Hope everyone is having a safe and happy Memorial Day!
As promised, here are the operation notes for the saunas that are launching tomorrow, 5/26!
1 - sign up for ANY sauna package (only sauna, not membership) and whatever you buy (1 session, 1 month, 1 year, etc.) will be half off ON 5/26 ONLY! If you purchase auto debit, ONLY the first month will be half off. You must either come see us, call us, message us, etc. Example: pay for a months membership which is $35 and one month unlimited sauna which is normally $35 - you will pay $35+$17.50=$52.50 instead of $70. Sign up will be during our normal business hours on 5/26 - 10am-6pm. ***gym membership is not required for sauna use. Open to the public. $45/mo unlimited without gym membership.
2 - pricing. Membership prices for the gym ARE NOT CHANGING. Sauna will be an add on. If you have a gym membership, its $35 a month for unlimited sauna use (once per day, up to 30 minutes a day during our business hours). You can buy one month, two months, a year, have it auto-debited monthly, etc. There is also an option to buy sessions. 1 session is $10, 10 sessions $80, 30 sessions $200 - sessions do not expire.
3 - usage. As mentioned above, you will be able to use the sauna once per day for up to 30 minutes. You will be able to pick 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minute sessions (price is the same regardless of length of session). Unlike the tanning beds (saunas are not state regulated), you do not have to wait 24 hours between sessions. Example: could use it at 3pm one day and then 10am the next day.
4 - Sauna Rules. Towels will be provided - swimwear (or similar attire) will be REQUIRED while inside the sauna. There is a waiver form and acknowledgement that will have to be filled out before use. We will go over the rest of the fine details with you in person when you sign up.
5 - booking. As mentioned above (for now) saunas will be operational ONLY during staffed hours. M-F 10-6 and Sat 9-1. Last appt for M-F will be 5:15 and last appt on Saturdays will be 12:15. This will give us or our employees plenty of time to get them cleaned and shut down for the day. EVENTUALLY you will be able to book your appointment for the sauna online but for now you will either need to tell us in person, call us, or message us to get your slot added to the calendar.
We hope everyone is as excited about these as we are. We have poured a lot of work into these over the last couple of months.
Please keep in mind this is a brand new "thing" for us and we think we are prepared but bear with us as we launch these. IF these are as popular as we think they will be based off of how many people said they are going to use them, availability might be limited at the very beginning.
