This is the kind of stuff that means the world to a small business owner! We love hearing your success stories that happen regardless if it’s in our gym or not.
This is a prime example of why we do what we do. Why we try to have the classes we have. Why we try to be active listeners all the time to our members. Because you just never know what that person is going thru. You don’t know what they’ve been thru. You’re not in their shoes. Your one minute of listening or your one small piece of advice could make a huge impact.
In here though, you can let it out. Cardio Drum your bad mood away. Run on that treadmill until all your anger is gone, hit that punching bag until you’re over it.
