This morning, our OBCF crew honored Independence Day the best way we know how—showing up, putting in the work, and pushing through together.
Every rep, every run, and every drop of sweat is a reminder that the freedoms we enjoy came at a tremendous cost. We don't do workouts like this because they're easy—we do them because challenge builds strength, grit, and appreciation.
Proud of everyone who came out and gave their all today. Whether you finished first, last, or modified every movement, you earned it.

This is what OBCF is all about.

Last weekend, Arnez, Clint, Amy, and Hollie represented Olive Branch CrossFit at the Tupelo Mini HYROX, and we couldn't be prouder.
Competition isn't about proving you're better than someone else—it's about testing yourself, embracing the challenge, and finding out what you're capable of. These four did exactly that.
They showed up, pushed through every station, encouraged each other, and left everything they had on the course. Amy and Hollie even brought home a podium finish! 🥉👏
Whether you're chasing a podium, a personal best, or simply the courage to sign up, every competition makes you stronger. That's the culture we're building at OBCF—a community that supports each other, celebrates effort, and isn't afraid to do hard things.
