We don’t just show up & “work out.”⁣
We train with purpose.⁣

Every session begins with intentional preparation—⁣
Sure, it's just a warm up but we believe movement, variety, and play are powerful tools to wake up the body and prime the system. ⁣

We don’t jump just to jump.⁣
We hop. We bound. We jump in every direction, at every intensity—all with purpose.⁣

We’re building resilient tendons & ligaments.⁣
We’re training the body to absorb and produce force. We’re preparing athletes for the chaos and demands of sport.⁣

We sprint—every session.⁣
No matter what.⁣

Because a body that sprints too much or too little⁣
is a body at risk—of decreased performance and increased injury.⁣

We train speed & acceleration in the right doses consistently so it’s always there when it matters.⁣

We will be prepared.⁣
We will be fast.⁣
And we will be the ones flying past our opponents whether it is on the court, ice, pitch, field, diamond, or pool.⁣

We throw medicine balls with maximum intent—⁣
to teach the body how to create power efficiently, violently, & in the right direction.⁣

We don’t believe in “good” exercises.⁣
We believe in the right exercise—⁣
for the right athlete, at the right time, for the right reason.⁣

We lift with intention.⁣
Across planes. Across speeds. Across intensities.⁣
Always with max intent—⁣
but not always max load.⁣

Because strength matters.⁣

We believe in getting so strong that we:⁣
• Reduce injury risk⁣
• Increase force production⁣
• Perform at a higher level when it matters most⁣

We condition with purpose.⁣

We understand the body has different energy systems—⁣

𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛: 𝗠𝗔𝗫 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬. 𝗠𝗔𝗫 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧.⁣

At Relentless, every month has a theme.⁣

March is about 𝗠𝗔𝗫 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬. 𝗠𝗔𝗫 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧.⁣

This phase of training is a little shorter because many of our athletes are in season. That doesn’t mean it’s easier. It means every rep matters more. Every sprint matters more. Every jump matters more.⁣

When the volume drops, the intent has to rise.⁣

Throughout the entire month of March, every day will have a phrase centered around this idea so our athletes and coaches stay aligned on what matters most.⁣

Today’s phrase: 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩.⁣

Intensity isn’t something you magically turn on when the lights come on.⁣
It’s a choice you make over and over again.⁣

You choose it when you’re tired.⁣
You choose it when you’re uncomfortable.⁣
You choose it when the workout gets hard.⁣

And when you choose it enough times, it becomes a habit.⁣

If you don’t practice that habit in training, in school, in life — when the big moment comes, you won’t suddenly become intense. You’ll go 80%… and by the time you realize it, the moment will already be gone.⁣

That’s why we train the way we do.⁣

Today I asked the group for max intent.⁣

And they delivered.⁣

The jumps were explosive.⁣
The sprints were aggressive.⁣
The weight room had purpose.⁣

That’s the standard.⁣

Max Intensity. Max Intent. Every rep. Every day.

Not every athlete can make group sessions — and that’s okay.

🔥 Busy athletes: When your schedule is packed, our 1-on-1 customized sessions make it possible to train just 1–2 days a week and still make real progress.

⚡️ Homeschool athletes: Many of our homeschool kids use their training here as their “PE class,” working 1–2 days a week to get stronger, faster, and more confident for their sport.
