Chizel Fit Studio has many group training classes on a weekly schedule to choose from including; high intensity interval training, plyometric, kettle bell, boxing/kickboxing, weight lifting, and core 180 & circuit training camp. Other classes offered are RealRyder cycle, mat pilates/yoga, kids fitness classes and, Zumba. Our mission at Chizel Fit Studio is to make every experience in our studio about the quality of your workout, getting that one on one personal training experience with only the most highly trained nationally certified Personal trainers in the fitness industry while giving you a safe family environment where a healthy lifestyle is encouraged and expressed for you and your loved ones to embrace.
