A power clean doesn’t care how your day is going — it only responds to speed, position, and commitment. One pull from the floor, one violent extension, and then you meet the bar where it wants to be caught: strong and stable.

The Assault Bike has a way of making even a few minutes feel like a lifetime. Hair flying everywhere, lungs working overtime, and one goal in mind: just keep moving.

The best part? Every pedal stroke is building something stronger than yesterday.

The post-workout thought process is undefeated.

Flat on your back staring at the ceiling, wondering what just happened…

A few minutes later you’re smiling, throwing up peace signs, and already talking about the next workout.

Somehow the hardest workouts always end up being the ones we laugh about the most.
