We see the consistency, we hear the effort—and Derek has been showing up and putting in the work. His drive, strength, and positive energy make him a staple in the gym (and yes, he’s always good for a big bear hug).

Happy birthday to Jacqui Walsh! 🎉

She’s been such an amazing addition to our Saturday and 9 AM classes throughout the week. We truly appreciate her for her sense of humor, her drive to be better than the day before, and her devotion to her children—those boys are so stinking cute!

Jacqui embodies everything we stand for, especially when it comes to strong women who juggle it all because we can. The gym is her space to unwind, grow stronger, and show up for herself, and it’s an honor to witness that.

We hope you have the best day celebrating with your husband and kids. As always, we’ll see you on the mat! 💪

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT — WHOOP WHOOP! 🚨

We’re beyond excited to welcome Carlos & Ashley Morales into the ownership group of CrossFit 609! 💪🔥

Our mission has always been to keep our members motivated, our standards high, and to create a space that inspires growth, embraces challenges, supports competitive athletes, and promotes health & wellness throughout our community.

Carlos is a Level 1 Certified Trainer, and Ashley has been an incredible part of our community since her first day. Both are dedicated teachers, proud parents of two amazing kids, and truly embody everything we stand for. 🙌

We couldn’t be more excited to have them step into this role and can’t wait to see the continued growth, energy, and impact they’ll bring to CrossFit 609.
