💜🩵 Tonight was so special. For those who know me & my story, know I have been through so much in my life that I don't mind sharing if it can help someone out there know they are not alone. Today was no different, I shared my testimony on how I'm STILL HERE after several attempts. But GOD... had & still has a greater purpose for me. It's such an honor to meet several amazing women that took their first MIXXEDFIT ®️ class with me. I was so blessed that so many came out and invited new people for such a beautiful cause. My heart ♥️ so full from all the healing ❤️‍🩹 hugs we all gave each other not only before but also after class. A time was had. Memories made. Reunions occurred. Bonds were formed. Stories were shared. Several walked in as strangers and walked away feeling supported, seen, heard & valued. We danced. We laughed. We cried. And just like I have purpose for being here today & tomorrow so do YOU.

Made it into the Saturday highlights of FL Spartan DEKA event this past weekend in Fort Lauderdale. This picture describes everything I have been through these past few months. In some ways the picture looks like I'm laughing, crying, but no this is me pushing through all the mental & physical going on. I'm screaming because I'm pushing myself past that part where most people quit and give up. The part where it hurts. The part where most people avoid. But me... I'm built different. I'm proud of it. I take every pain and turn it into purpose. God not done with me yet!

Today my FITTSQUAD leaders & fellow MixxedFit®️ Instructors took on Spartan DEKA in Fort Lauderdale and in just like Spartan fashion the obstacles we faced today were beyond just that.

Each of us endured challenges, life emergencies, even surgeries, to even some people saying we shouldn't put ourselves through this event because of what we have been through.

I can't speak for my queens but we have been through too much collectively to not have set out to do this event. We trained through the 9 week summer challenge, we trained solo and I coached 1:1. Fears were faced, obstacles were confronted and conquered and we each came to do what we said we would do. I'm so proud 🥹

Today was not just for us, but to others who joined in on the trainings, special workouts & future self commitments that they too will be ready to conquer their first Spartan DEKA. I cannot wait to start the next batch of training sessions for those who are ready to accomplish their goals. More pictures and videos to come (checkout IG FITTHEAVEN for live videos)

Tonight Fully In Tune Temple (FITTHeaven) was recognized for Community Partnership with Marion County Hospital District's Community Home Project (CHP). The evening featured highlights of photos of wellness workshops, fitness & nutrition classes, to collaborations with other community partners and businesses. The awards banquet consisted of a delicious catered meal, a fun selfie station, mingling and awards. I loved hearing the transformation stories from a few that received CHP services. I'm so grateful 🥹 & honored to be partnered with CHP & look forward to bringing more wellness activities, fun fitness and dance classes to the community.

I love what I do & who I do it for. Bettering our community one dance & fitness class at a time.
