Hey

Laz or should I say Sandra Cantrells Little Dog Backyard Last Man Standing ultra is this Saturday and I will be participating!! Been looking forward to this event for a while! Lazarus Lake allows one crew person to accompany each runner. Its not necessary, in fact I typically go “crew less” but was thinking this time maybe it would be nice for someone to make me a drink or a snack once in a while and than kick me back out on a the course every loop. Every minute counts. Warning: Bring your rain coat!! But seriously if you wanna be that one person I can promise you, we will make it alot of fun. Oak Grove parkrun is in need of a new event director. After more than two years it is time for me to pass the torch. This parkrun will fail if someone doesn’t step up and own it like I have for last couple years. I thought I had someone in mind but they have either moved or decided they didn’t want to carry the torch forward. If interested in taking this on email me Zack Lever @ [email protected]
