Apex Martial Arts TN/KY Welcome to middle TN and KY’s premier martial arts school. We teach ITF style Taekwondo, Hapkido, Judo and Muay Thai kickboxing with classes for ages 5-100!

We also offer cardio classes in the mornings as well as CPR/first aid certification!

Congrats to everyone that came to the tournament at EKU!

It was something else…but i am glad that it was a first for some but everyone placed and did great!

We will most likely not be making too many 4 hour drive trips for tournaments unless its a big one because this one wasnt run as well as it should have be done.

Thank you everyone for going!

Apex Family!

Picture day is this Thursday August 27th from 430 - 730pm or later depending on time constraints.

Please show up in full uniform to take photos!

We will have weapons to use as well for your desired pictures!

The photos are being taken by Kauffman Photography.

We are going to make a picture board every year so please show up if even to take a photo for the school board!

You are are eligible to test if you meet the following criteria:

Time requirement as current rank

Capable of move set required for current and previous ranks

Competency of forms and definitions for forms

Competency in sparring(yellow rank and above)

Board/ cement break (blue rank and above)

Pay testing fee

Testing starts at 515!!!

Congratulations to all the students that went to the tournament today in KY!

You all did great and I know that there were some questionable calls but remember this will just make you stronger and even more focused to do better at the next tournament!

We had secured over 22 medals and it was amazing seeing you all compete especially those experiencing their first tournament!
