New Schedule for the PM sessions starting next Monday💪🏽
As we start out a new year ahead we are shifting the PM class hours to help attendance improve! We held on to the 6pm all year hoping it would grow with no luck and as we enter summer the 6pm decreases even more so we are shifting the class hours to an earlier time starting at 4 pm!

As the steady Ta**us season begins and the beauty of Spring blossoms all around, let’s harness this calming energy to enhance our fitness journey!

Special Thanks to all of our Rise & Thrive Accountability friends that crushed it during Aries season resetting our daily habits!! It was so fun to connect and check off those boxes as we became aware of the habits that needed adjustments for the year ahead! It was a great reminder that its always better with friends!

✨We are thrilled to have 2 Pilates classes this month due to high requests!! Take note that the one on the 17th is a Reggaeton Playlist🔥

We will aslo be starting a new programming block for our POWER HOUR Strength Sessions on May 8th so mark your calendars and book those classes ASAP as they fill up fast!

Let’s take advantage of the steadfast spirit of Ta**us by trying out new classes or engaging in activities that encourage you to find stability and strength within.
