We are excited to team up with the Salty Women and Trail Mixers groups for a Womxn's bike skills clinic one week from Thursday at Bird Dog in Greenland! See details below, and visit the link to register!

Thursday, June 25
5:30 pm
Bird Dog Farm & Cidery, Greenland, NH
Join us afterward for a refreshing cider or NA beverage and some snacks!

This clinic is for riders who want to feel more confident and in control on the bike - whether you're working on the basics or ready to push into more advanced territory. We'll cover a range of skills together: starting and stopping smoothly, cornering, riding in a straight line, one-handed riding, grabbing a water bottle on the move, and group riding skills. And, we're doing it all on a field, far away from asphalt and traffic!

We'll have groups for newer and more experienced riders so you can work through drills at your own pace in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No matter where you're starting from, there's something here for you.

Any bike welcome - road, gravel, hybrid, mountain bike, etc.

Email Anne at [email protected] with any questions.

We are thrilled to announce the return of The Tri Squad, a group training program for womxn! We had such a blast training together last year, and are excited to bring back this program with some awesome additions.

This 10 week program is for anyone doing a late season (August/September) Sprint or Olympic Tri. The program will include a training program by Tri It Your Way Coaching, nutrition workshop with RD Briana Bruinooge, a 1:1 functional strength session with PTA Bryan Waltimyer from Roots Integrative Therapies, info and resources you need to feel ready for your event, a community to train with, Q&A calls, meetups, deep discounts on swim and transition clinics and more.

Whether you're newer to triathlon and looking for guidance on how to train, or you've got some experience and are looking to level up your training, we invite you to join us!

We kick off the week of June 28th, and early bird pricing is valid through June 8th. Learn all about it and register at the link below.

SHEcoast Multisport, Great Bay Masters and Tri It Your Way Coaching are teaming up to host an open water swim meetup this Saturday. This event is open to all swimmers and we invite you to join us!

This is a great opportunity to meet other swimmers, get prepped for Landshark or another open water event, and practice your open water skills under the watchful eye of lifeguards. We hope to see you there!

Saturday, 5/30, 10 am
Lake Gardner, Amesbury, MA
Swimmers should be comfortable swimming 200 yards nonstop (any stroke, any pace) to join.

Registration link with additional below.

For safety purposes, all swimmers must be able to swim 200 yards nonstop to join in this meetup (any stroke, no pace requirements).

Please note, this event is NOT a swim clinic. While there will be lifeguards on paddleboards, our primary goal is helping to keep the swimmers safe and helping to connect the swim community, so there will not be a clinic portion at this event. If you’re looking for instruction, join our clinic on June 14th!
