Snow Lotus Studio, LLC < Yoga & Meditation> Snow Lotus Studio in rural Nottingham, NH provides a beautiful practice space and the serenity of a Restorative yoga also available in our Lee studiot.

Hatha and Yin yoga sessions led by Certified Instructor Bonnie Winona, certified to instruct in 1991 by the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. Bonnie also completed Kripalu's Advanced Teacher Training , and has taken teacher trainings with Joseph LePage of Integrative Yoga Therapy , Aptos, California, and with Amrit Yoga, Salt Hill, Florida. She has

more than 14 years of teaching experience and has practiced yoga for over 30 years. Snow Lotus offers beginning and intermediate levels, as well as gentle yoga. Private lessons available by appointment.

The beach at TANKAH where there is another caleta to protect swimmers from the rough waves. We spent the day here. The water is light aquamarine and crystal clear…a great salty swimming hole!! When we came out of the water, the waiter brought us a menu and we took a late lunch on the beach. A heavenly day for sure…
