HIIT meets Pilates. We teamed up with drvntrainingco to build a workout for our Pilates & gym lovers who want more of a challenge. This is NOT your average mat pilates class! 🤭

We’re filling the room with everything you and your bestie need this month!

We do big things around here, so when it was time to spill the tea, Walla brought the whole setup and made our documentary dreams come true!

Walla runs our booking, scheduling, emails, & more so that we can be fully present for what happens on the reformer, not buried in a screen.

2026 is about to be a big year for TBR. New locations. New formats. Same commitment to actually knowing our people.
