For athletes PEAK PERFORMANCE is key for success!!! If your work hard all off season just to fall short in playoffs….. what’s the point!?
In season training is even more important….. maintain strength, maintain explosiveness, maintain power when you need it the most!!!
Not to mention it prevents injury!

Delivery day for our The Izzy Foundation summer drive! Thank you all for your generosity! A big reason why I love the 5th floor Izzy Room at Hasbro is because we have so many friends who have benefited from their services while inpatient with their children. I also love it because growing up I spent a lot of time in the hospital with my dad inside a VERY intimidating hospital room, we actually would take walks to the empty lounge on the floor and take breaks from the machines, IVs, and reminders we were in the hospital! The Izzy Room gives families this opportunity and we are happy we could help in a small way. Thank you DTC family! 🤗💛💪🏻
