Serious car crash I was passenger shattered tibia and fibula called a “pilon fracture (L) “ happened 11/23 in mass. Had 2 surgeries already 1 didn’t go well. Staff infection in bone. I got a long road ahead of me. Studio is in great hands!!! We are fully operational. New website design is ready And renovations taking place as well. One little step at a time. Long journey ahead! Positive vibes always!

These classes are for all levels

Adaline is 22 years old and is soon to be certified as a personal fitness instructor. She has been riding and training horses for 11 years and has a lot of experience in teaching riding lessons. Adaline loves to teach and help everyone feel more confident in themselves. She is thrilled to be teaching this class and encourages anyone who is interested to try it out.

YES! We are BACK to 7 days a week everyone!! We have a brand new addition to our providence pole fit fam!!!! Adaline!!!! She is a personal trainer, AND has 12 years gymnastics experience! And BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!!! The classes that she will be teaching are every Monday “pole boot camp”
Monday “stretch and flexibility” you don’t need ANY pole experience to take these classes however if you are currently on your pole journey and are struggling with fundamentals and technique these classes will help you condition and target the areas you struggle in with flexibility, engagement, control, timing, placement, and understanding how your muscles work!! Classes begin THIS MONDAY MARCH 24th!!! Come on down and show gravity who’s boss!! And turn fitness upside at providence pole fitness!!! Hello my fabulous students. There is a change in the schedule for our Wednesday 7:15pm Pole Plus class. Due to scheduling issues Melissa will be covering this class until Kristin graduates at the end of this year. If you still wish to take classes with her, check out POLE PLUS on Sundays at 12:30pm. Hope to see you all at the studio kicking gravities butt.
