Barre is officially joining the Torque lineup.

This low-impact, full-body class combines fluid, ballet-inspired movement with strength, balance, and muscular endurance. Through small, controlled movements, you’ll build strength, improve stability, and discover a new kind of burn.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve balance, or try something new, Barre is designed to meet you where you are. No dance experience is needed, and options are always offered.

Classes begin the week of August 10. Book on Vagaro.
