No dumbbells? We improvise like pros 🧴💧🥫

🔥 3–4 ROUNDS

🔥 Reverse Lunge + 3 Pulses + Knee Drive
💪 Curl Press
🍑 Goblet Squats with Pulse & Glute Squeeze
🤸 Push-Ups
💥 Jumping Jacks
⚡ Jump Squats
🏃‍♀️ Stairs x 6 (or 1 min cardio)
🧠 CORE: Plank Shoulder Taps or Dead Bugs (wrist-friendly option)

HOW WE DO IT (aka the spicy details)

🔥 Reverse Lunge → 3 Pulses → Knee Drive
Step one leg BACK into a lunge ⬇️
Pulse 3 times at the bottom 🔥🔥🔥
Stand up and drive the knee up in front of you to balance 😮‍💨
Switch legs each rep
Wobbling = core working 😏

🔥 Curl Press
Hold dumbbells at your sides
Curl the weights up
Immediately press them overhead
Lower with control and repeat
No dumbbells? Use laundry detergent, water bottles, soup cans, or a backpack with books 🧴💧🥫🎒

🔥 Goblet Squats with Pulse & Glute Squeeze
Hold ONE heavy dumbbell at your chest
Squat down ⬇️
Pulse 3 times at the bottom
Stand up and squeeze your glutes at the top 😤
No weight? Air squats still burn 🔥

🔥 Push-Ups
Toes, knees, couch, counter, stairs — all count
Core tight. No saggy hips ❌

🔥 Jumping Jacks
Big arms. Big energy.
Low impact? Step it out side to side 👏

🔥 Jump Squats
Squat → explode UP → land soft like a ninja 🥷
No jumping? Fast squats or heel raises

🔥 Stair Cardio
Up & down your stairs 6 times 😮‍💨
No stairs? High knees, jog in place, or mountain climbers 🔥

🔥 Core Finisher
Option 1: Plank Shoulder Taps
High plank, tap opposite shoulder, keep hips steady
Slow, controlled, spicy 😮‍💨

Option 2: Dead Bugs (wrist-friendly)
Lie on your back, arms up, knees bent at 90°
Extend opposite arm + leg while keeping your low back pressed into the floor
Slow. Controlled. Core ON 🔥

New Year’s resolutions come and go like the wind 🌬️ but if nothing is changing in your life, it’s because nothing is changing.

Change doesn’t come from wishing ✨
It comes from action 💥
From discipline 🧠
From deciding today that comfort is no longer in charge 🚫🛋️

It’s January 1st. 📅
This is the day people talk about starting.

Meanwhile…
I was asleep by 9:00 last night 😴
I was already at the gym before you woke up this morning 🏋️‍♀️
And I’m planning my meals for the next 10 days, not just tomorrow 🥗📦

Not because I’m special.
Not because I’m lucky.
But because I chose to shift my sails ⛵

If you want to feel stronger 💪 clearer 🧠 more confident ✨
you have to do something different to see a different horizon 🌅

So ask yourself: what are you changing today to feel that shift in the wind? 🌬️➡️🔥
