Step one leg BACK into a lunge ⬇️

Hold dumbbells at your sides
Curl the weights up
Immediately press them overhead
Lower with control and repeat

Hold ONE heavy dumbbell at your chest
Squat down ⬇️
Pulse 3 times at the bottom
