Tuesday evenings around 6:30pm, and Sunday’s around 11am, I have been teaching private lessons, but happy to open it up to to anyone serious about training that would like to come and train with us.

I had a commercial school for many years, and had to teach in a way to keep students to be able to afford overhead and afford the costs of a big school. What I am offering for teaching is no nonsense, and practical.

Life can be full of changes at times, what matters is our perseverance and determination to get us through the obstacles life throws at us. It has taken some time, but happy to announce that a new location will be opening soon in the new year in Derry New Hampshire. Will be adult oriented for now. Stay tuned for details!

Wednesday, I travel to another country. I travel to see and experience something I have learned that is part of my ancestral home. Having been involved with martial arts has given me this incredible ability to travel to many different countries and experience life and different cultures. One of my happiest memories is being in an Italian home and helping to make home made pasta in an Italian kitchen with Gianluca Frisan, an incredible memory I carry with me to this day brother.

I had a bed room in Holland that was welcome for me to come back to any time, and I did many times to Marc de Reus’s home, thank you brother for welcoming me and making me feel your home was, and is my home.

I travel to Oslo Norway on Wednesday. Glenn J Jordheim has accepted me and taken me in as brother, opened his home and welcomed me.

I will be sharing my knowledge and martial art perspectives at his world renowned school Krav Maga Instituttet Lillestrøm

What do you see when you look at this?

I’ll share what I see, infinite possibilities. There is a beautiful picture waiting to be uncovered. Could be a map of the world, could be a new born baby, could be what ever comes to mind and what you’re feeling right now at this moment.

Every single person is the same way, infinite possibilities. The only thing that limits you is your mind.
