I had always been very active in athletics, but after college, organized activities were few and far between so I changed my perspective. Instead of looking to compete against other people I started to look at competing against my old self. Before I knew it people were coming up to me at the gym asking me for advice. I desired to learn more and more as I progressed and realized that I enjoyed shar

ing what I had learned. Eventually, I got certified and it's been awesome ever since. 1000lbs+ lost among my clients. I am very experienced trainer that has worked at the upper echelon facilities in the area including The Princess Anne Country Club and Wareings Gym (the oldest gym in the country). I've worked with clients from the age of 8-100 from all different walks of life including special populations. I've also worked with adults that have had spinal stenosis, moderate back pain, knee valgus, high blood pressure, and even cancer survivors. I've been able to show each of those clientele progression including but not limited to reduction of blood pressure, regression of diabetes, increased attention, increased bladder control, balance, stability, and of course weight loss.
