Need to squeeze in a quick workout in between everything else going on in your day? Complete as many sets as possible of this full body circuit to hit nearly every muscle group! HGL loadable dumbbells are perfect for this circuit to add/subtract weight quickly.

Movements:🇺🇸
- Single Leg Split Squat x 12 per side (push through your front foot for full quad activation)
- Paused DB Tricep Extension x 10 (1 count pause at the bottom)
- Seated Front Delt Raise x 8 (avoid using momentum)
- Seated Bicep Curl x 10 (make sure to get full extension at the bottom)
- Elevated DB Deadlifts x 6 (Go super slow)

First nice weekend after a long winter calls for soaking up the sunshine… and squeezing in a garage workout before someone wakes up 😂☀️

Parenting 3 kids 4 and under means showing up tired—but showing up anyway.
Every rep is about more than fitness. It’s about always being able to carry them home, chasing them across the yard, kicking a soccer ball, playing on the floor, and being part of their team for as long as they’ll let us.
