PA IMPULSE is the dream and creation of our organization's President, Mrs. Chelsey comes to the organization with decades of experience playing and coaching the game of softball. Through her experiences, she has not only developed a high degree of expertise with the game, but a deep desire to help our youth have a positive experience engaging with the sport. d meaningful experience, youth players will not only develop as players but as individuals as well. Ultimately, through these intentionally designed experiences that PA IMPULSE offers, softball players will be fully prepared to compete at their highest levels while always displaying impeccable individual and team character. While PA IMPULSE launched in June of 2023, planning for the launch of this high quality organization has been happening for approximately four years. This method of preparing for multiple years before launching this organization matches our organizational philosophy for player development and competition. The PA Impulse Fast Pitch Softball Organization provides a structured, strength-based, and fundamentals-focused experience that is entirely committed to developing our athletes into competitive softball players and young women of impeccable character. The vehicle of travel softball provides a unique platform to build skill and character through an intentionally designed environment built on discipline, respect, passion, honesty and commitment. We uniquely balance a drive for winning with an uncompromising dedication to sportsmanship. Our coaches are fully committed to the highest level of professionalism, accountability, and the development of positive relationships with players and their families. In addition to advancing their individual skills and abilities, players will also learn how to be part of a team, communicate and problem solve with their peers, learn respect for their teammates, coaches, opponents, and umpires, and begin to build leadership skills.
