The research is clear — prolonged rest often makes pain worse, not better. The body needs movement to heal, recover, and rebuild.

💡 Tip Tuesday — Kettlebell Swing Setup

Before you swing, you have to hike. 🏋️

Most people rush the setup and lose power before the bell even moves. Here’s how we coach it at CrossFit of Fremont:

1️⃣ Stand a foot behind the bell — not directly over it
2️⃣ Hinge at the hips, soft bend in the knees
3️⃣ Pack your lats — protect your shoulders
4️⃣ Grip the bell and tilt it toward you
5️⃣ Hike it back with intention — high into the hips, not between the ankles

The hike is where the power starts. Get this right and everything else follows. 💪
