Keep kettlebells off the floor and within easy reach. The Kettlebell Upright Storage Hook holds a single kettlebell directly on your rack upright and attaches with just one bolt. Its U-shaped channel locks around the upright to prevent the hook from rotating during use.

Over the last 20+ years we have been refining our rack system based training system around training small groups of athletes from 2-5. One thing we realized is the more different kinds of equipment you can store at the rack the more programmable the station is and the more efficient the lift will be. By not storing dbs on a single rack and spreading them out through the facility, you create a room with much better flow and ability to train with DB’s.

Dublin Jerome High School’s newly renovated strength facility, designed and installed by the Stray Dog Strength crew. This renovation transformed the space from 14 to 26 lifting stations, featuring 26 inlaid platforms and a more efficient layout that maximizes both training capacity and functionality.
