One Team. One Fight. It’s been a hard days night!

Nobody escapes from your setbacks. We see, and even feel your disappointment. It can place your own family in setback mode; or at least the ones who care about what you’re doing. You don’t contact anyone. You don’t attend your workouts; and we feel what you’ve done. We’ve all been there before.

We all mess up. Hell, I f**k up too; but we can’t stay trapped in our own cages and get comfortable. That’s when you’ll adapt. After awhile, you’ll just stop trying to achieve your goals. It stays in you, sometimes forever! What you did and what you’re doing, there’s no resolution, unless you get out of that cage and save your damned self! Let’s go!
