Social/Structured Adult Day Program

The ACT Care Group is designed for people with Alzheimer's/Dementia to be involved in a Social Adult Day Program program that focuses on educational methods that targets brain re-training, cognitive stimulation and group interaction that enhances socialization. Participants of the program will benefit in the following ways:

- Brain Strengthening/Retraining
- Stay active in physical exercise
- Eat

ing nutritious meals
- Decrease incontinent episodes
- Participation in daily living
- Decrease negative behaviors
- Reduce restlessness/anxiety
- Stay focused on tasks
- Memory Exercise
- Decrease wandering
- Socialization/Peer Support
- Medication Reminders
- Social Services/Counseling
- Dietician Approved Menu
- Monthly Activity Calendar
