We are BACK 🔥 Labor Day rest has concluded, so now it’s time to focus 🎯 on our goals and CRUSH Fall 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣‼️

This coming Saturday, we host Teen/Adult Boot Camp 2026 ⛓️ then, Saturday, September 26th we host our commercial video shoot for our Fall social media campaign 🎥 and finally, capping it off with 1️⃣0️⃣ on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026!🥋🙌🏼

WOW 🤩 we cannot wait to see everyone back on the mats, preparing for these upcoming events. LET’S DO THIS‼️

Ma’am Gurleen always brings lowkey coolness 😎 as well as a butt-whooping if you spar with her💥to the mats, and is passionate about helping the next generation of Martial Artists achieve their goals!

Recently, she’s been taking on the role of Head Instructor, leading classes to help all of our students be their best!🥋⚡️

Team LMAC 🦁 join us in welcoming two of our newest teenage students to , Giuseppe & Lilla!

Being invited to our school by Sir Jack, Mr. Alex & Alice Cohen, Giuseppe & Lilla decided that it’s their time to shine! As the old saying goes, “A family who kicks together, grows strong & sticks together!” 🔥

Since beginning their training, they had a wonderful experience taking their first class with her fellow teenage students, and feel that they are now leveling up their skills, as well as their confidence as they approach the new school year ahead! 💯

Giuseppe & Lilla are now part of the fastest growing Martial Arts school has to offer, and we couldn’t be happier for them as they embark on this journey towards Black Belt Empowerment & Beyond!

LMAC Pride 🦁 join us in welcoming one of our newest Adult students to , Arif!

Arif joined his cousin, and our great student, Huseyin, for a pulse-pumping, energized ⚡️ Adult Strong Class, and has loved it ever since. Arif has had so much fun so far as well as made new friends since beginning his training here!

When he first arrived, he immediately felt the support and enthusiasm from all of his classmates, making his training experience feel incredible 👏🏼

During his Adult Strong Classes, Arif gets to focus on relieving stress, learning vital self-defense skills to help protect his family, staying fit and healthy, and most of all: having FUN during time dedicated just for him! Added bonus: he gets to train right alongside his incredible cousin Huseyin, who is a Yellow Stripe in our Adult Strong Program, as well as his little cousin, Ibrahim, in our Lion Strong Program 💯

Arif is now part of the fastest growing Martial Arts school has to offer, and we couldn’t be happier for him as he embarks on this journey towards Black Belt Empowerment & Beyond.

When Luca arrived to try out our Lil’ Cubs Program (ages 3-5), our team helped to make him feel comfortable and confident, transforming his class into a great, positive training experience!🔥

Luca is now part of the fastest growing Martial Arts school that has to offer, and he has been loving his classes ever since he joined! Our goal has been to have Luca learn about the ideas of Confidence in himself, Self-Control, as well as Focusing on Tasks, besides learning his Self-Defense Techniques 💪🏼

🦁 Now that our Summer Recess has concluded, we are BACK on the mats starting today, August 31st, to CRUSH this Back 2️⃣ School Season like no other! 💯

Settling into the Fall Season has major perks, such as:

🍁 Training in cooler conditions
🍁 Preparing our Youth Students for the upcoming school year
🍁 Getting our Teen & Adult students focused on crushing their next set of goals
