🦸🏽‍♂️ TALK ABOUT FEELING SUPER, LIKE A SUPER DAD‼️

Today was an AMAZING day filled with learning, growth & memories being shared between Father & Child during our Super Dad Day Challenge! 💯

Our Dads learned the ideas of self-defense tactics, the importance of long-term health strategies & understanding the importance of the example they must set for their children.

Special Shoutout to three Dads who will be taking advantage of the Free Adult Classes for the rest of this month:

🥳 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MR. WILFREDO‼️

Mr. Wilfredo is one of our 4th Degree Black Belt Adult Students, as well as a Head Judge on our Graduation Festival Judging Panel. He is truly dedicated to bettering is own skills, as well as helping to educate the next generation of Martial Artists during their testing!🥋

Besides the incredible resumé he holds, he is always giving 💯% in the front of our classes, inspiring all of our junior students here at ! 🙇🏻‍♂️

BIG 🥳 Congratulations 🥳 goes to Sir Aidan McMullen on completing the Instructor Training Course at this year’s Taekwondo Professionals National Convention‼️

Sir Aidan has been training strong for over 12 years, and he is an incredible asset in helping our students create their legacy 🙇🏻‍♂️

He developed a deeper connection to the strongest teaching principles, focused his time and effort into World Class communication skills, and came back with motivation and excitement to give our students the greatest classes possible 🔥

🥋 Taekwondo Professionals National Convention 2026 🔥

Master C.J., Sir Aidan & Sir Jack traveled to Buffalo, NY to take part in a weekend filled with Growth ✨ Knowledge ✨ and Positivity ✨ to train & network with 100’s of Master Instructors from all over the US & Canada!

They all went with an open mind to try to learn new things to bring back to our students to give an even more ‘World Class’ experience every time they step onto the mats! They even had the opportunity to train with two extremely high-level coaches who have been on the US National Team (and champions) multiple times! 💯

We want to thank Sir Aidan & Sir Jack for taking the time out of their weekend (and missing Senior Day at school) to join Master C.J. on such a fun journey, as well as their families for putting their trust into Master C.J. to transport them there and back home.

We also want to thank the incredible Staff for keeping the school running with electrifying classes while they were away. Big shoutout to Master Chris, Master Zach, Ma’am Gurleen, Ma’am Brianna & Sir Yusuf for making everything run smoothly. 🙏🏼

Team LMAC 🦁 join us in welcoming one of our newest students to , Summer!

Since beginning her training, Summer has already began to develop a stronger sense of focus & discipline here at Legacy Martial Arts Center! We are sure that as she continues to take classes daily, her self-defense skills, and life skills, will continue to rise. Keep it up, Summer! 💯

Summer is now part of our newest program called Lil’ Cubs, geared for students who are 3, 4 & 5 years old. This class focuses on teaching the little ones basic motor skills as well as the fundamentals of Martial Arts.

Congratulations, Summer! 🥳 We’re excited to see you achieve your Black Belt & Beyond!🥋
