Captain Richard is part of a fishing family that has been operating full-time since 1960 on the East End of the North Fork. Third generation full-time fisherman 100 ton master and member of the North Fork Captains Association. licensed and inspected annually - certified for 34 passengers. We limit the boat to 20-25 for bottom fishing. Most Bass and Blue Trips are 6-12 passengers. The boat is a wal

We have had some time off End of August early September. Bit of a slow time end of summer school starting. Fishing is really good. Unfortunately the seabass regs at 16” jumbo’s it’s a tough one. We have been catching hundreds to keep a few. A few slot size bass showing up Lots of short bass and lots mid size blues showing up. Plenty nice porgies mixed in. September should definitely have some jumbo seabass showing up.

It was very snotty out today. Very rough and then we had downpours. But everyone ended up having a great time. Plenty of Seabass, porgies and a few blue fish. Liam hammered them all including a shark that Rick brought up for him!
